Pastor Vin is dually licensed and ordained as a minister of the Gospel by Faith Fellowship Ministries World Outreach Center in Sayerville, New Jersey, and Covenant Ministries International in Fort Myers, Florida.  Pastor Vin is a graduate from Pace University, Advanced Christian Training School and The School of Ministry.  Pastor Vin is also a member of the following apostolic networks:

Financial oversight ...

WOCIC has a Financial Advisory Committee (FAC) to help ensure financial accountability.  This committee is chaired by Pastor Vin with other seats held by members of WOCIC who do not hold staff positions. The main responsibilities of the FAC are to review church finances on an ongoing basis; to oversee church activities and commitments that will incur significant financial obligations; and to advise on certain financial topics and church projects. As a whole, the FAC provides WOCIC with a level of financial accountability that will help ensure that the use and management of church funds be conducted appropriately, decently and in order.
