Our Vision
Word
of Christ International Church is a church with a passion to co-labor with
other churches and ministries to build a body of
believers who will boldly take up the mantle of this end time move of the
Holy Spirit ... to proclaim, with conviction, the Word of our God and to
live in supernatural power. If the early church did it, we certainly
can! Now is the time that Matthew 10:7 should become a reality for
those willing to embrace it!

As a servant church, we are
committed to equipping and building strong families and a strong community,
and bringing glory and honor to the name of Jesus Christ. We will

teach and declare the uncompromising Word of God in the Bradenton and
surrounding area

encourage, develop and assist Christians to develop a passionate desire to
know God and to be firmly established in the knowledge of Jesus Christ so
they can fulfill their part in the Great Commission

make disciples and equip them to raise up a standard for righteousness and
excellence through schools of training
… effectively share Jesus Christ with a lost
generation as living witnesses
… establish God's Kingdom in the areas of
salvation, prayer, faith, healing, holiness, grace, the
authority of the believer and righteousness
… tear down the enemy’s strongholds in the
lives of people through intercessory prayer, prophetic evangelism and ministry outreaches.
An important enabler of this vision is the "The Kingdom Institute", which
lies at the center of WOCIC's mission. Below is a
description of TKI and its purpose.
Regnum Institute (RI) -
RI will focus on training students to successfully employ God’s
Kingdom principles in every aspect of their lives. God wants His
people to always be led by the Holy Spirit by walking in wisdom
and revelation based on the knowledge of Him. The apostle Paul
asked God to give this supernatural wisdom to the Ephesians
church by praying: "that the Father of glory may give to you the
spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the
eyes of your understanding being enlightened" (Eph. 1:17). Just
as Paul asked this 2000 years ago, we too are asking the Father
for the same wisdom for His people today.
Every student at
RI will receive instruction on fundamental
biblical topics. Using that as a foundation, RI will also cover
areas to develop the whole person so students can be the living
evidence of the Gospel wherever the Holy Spirit leads them in
life. Some of these areas include life management skills,
marketplace leadership, business development, character
development, personal productivity, personal financial
management, planning, parenting, kingdom thinking, and people
management skills … just to name a few!
The overriding objective of
RI is to prepare believers for
Kingdom living … to move from concept and theory to practical
application. We envision RI earning the respect as a valued
asset in our community as our neighbors and leaders see honest,
hard-working, Bible-believing graduates contribute their
valuable, anointed skills in business, politics, education,
government, the arts and other areas that influence our culture
and lives. Our passion is to see believers that don’t just
preach the Kingdom but demonstrate the Kingdom wherever they go!
