MESSAGE
FROM PASTOR VIN
We've been preparing for our building expansion project for
quite some time and we are excited that construction has
started! We expect the project to be completed by the end of
the summer at which time we will to move from meeting at
Nolan Middle School to our own building! But, to
complete the project, we need your help.
To date, we have raised $128,736 in contributions and. we are
VERY THANKFUL to those who have partnered with us so far!
However, to
complete the project debt free, we need to raise an
additional $186,762 (see Project Cost section below).
I am asking you to help 'close the gap' by financially
supporting this project. We know the Lord wants us to be
debt free as a ministry. On March 29th, Prophet Bob Hazlett
prophesied a Word to me saying
"The Lord's going to do a sign for you ... He's going to pay
off your mortgage in a supernatural way ... He's going to
cause supernatural increase to be released ... He doesn't
want your church to be tied down with a mortgage." (You

What is remarkable about this prophetic word is that Bob had
no knowledge of our project or financial situation. This was
the Lord speaking loud and clear to us ... no debt! I
believe your financial participation in this project will be
the catalyst for this miracle ... God always works His will
through His people! By partnering with us, I believe you
will be positioned to be on the receiving end of
supernatural increase and be part of the miracle that,
ultimately, will pay down all of our debt, including our
mortgage!
So
I invite you to be part of this miracle and to know that
"the blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no
sorrow with it."

PROJECT SCOPE
The project is
actually two projects in one. The first initiative is
to extend the existing building by 16 feet on the east side.
That will ad just under 1000 square feet to the sanctuary.
The interior wall separating the rooms on the east side and
the main sanctuary will be removed and a sound room added in
the back of the sanctuary.
The second
initiative is the construction of an open pavilion, 40 ' x
80', just north of the existing building. This will
serve as a multi-purpose building for fellowships, youth
events and children activities. A follow up phase will
enclose a portion of the pavilion and install air
conditioning, heating and lighting.
Construction
