Please read the
following information regarding your Encounter registration. If you
have any questions, please see the attendant at the Encounter
Registration table after church service or call the church office
(see contact page). Thank You!
1. The
recommended way to register is to select the online registration and
payment options. If
you choose to register using a paper form, please make sure the
appropriate form is filled out completely and legibly, and mail it
with your payment to the church address noted on our
contact
page.
2. The
cost is $160 for a participant and $100 for a server. This fee
covers two nights of lodging, six meals, snacks, transportation to
and from the camp site, and other amenities.
3. All
payments are to be made in full … no deposits accepted.
Registration forms will
only
be processed when accompanied with full
payment. Please do not submit a registration form without
payment.
4. All
payments are
non-refundable
and
non-transferable
and are not tax deductible.
If the Encounter is closed, there may be an option to be placed on a
waiting list. If an opening occurs, the next person on our
waiting list will be contacted. If you are not selected from
the waiting list, your registration fee will be refunded in full.
5. The
person attending the Encounter must sign the registration
application. Please do not register someone without their knowledge
and approval.
6. Please
note that the campsite is a
non-smoking
facility.
7. Minimum
age is 16. If you are 18 or younger, you must have your parent’s or
guardian’s approval. There is a place to note this on the
registration form.
8. Once
a registration form and payment are received together,
you will receive confirmation email.
