I NEEDED A TOUCH FROM GOD

My encounter took place on the weekend of October 14th 2005.  This was a time in my life where, after being in ministry for years, a touch from God was well needed. Not knowing what this weekend, called the “Encounter”, was all about, I laid everything aside and gave my wife & kids a kiss and headed for the best.  

After being on my Encounter, the Lord transformed my way of thinking and placed me on a path of tremendous blessings.  These weekends are not what you may think they are.  This is an awesome time where you begin your journey towards the greatest high points as well as deal with those low places in your heart.  It truly is the weekend of a life time!  What was done in my heart in one weekend by the love of God I know could not have been completed in a thousand years through man. I truly became a soldier in the army of the Lord.

May I share one more point with you … if you are considering going to an Encounter, just GO!  And when you do go, go with an open heart and you will receive a deeper understanding of the will of the Father.  My life has not been and will never be the same again, and nothing will stop me from sharing the love the Lord God has given to me.
